Belgian by birth, brewed in Bishop's Stortford

The Belgian brewer is Nik Lemmens. He brews the beers he grew up with the way they are made in Belgium: bottle-conditioned, with whole fruit and natural ingredients.

Head brewer Darren Lawrence runs the brewhouse on Raynham Road. Most of what we brew is poured, bottled and sold by us, at the brewery, at the café in Epping and online.
